What to expect

Kathren views therapy as a personal and intimate journey. She understands her clients are the lead architects in their life and highlights their strengths and ability to change.

Challenge

Kathren will gently challenge her clients to think outside the box, identify unhealthy behavioral cycles/patterns, and explore new ways of living.

Educating

Kathren enjoys providing psychoeducation to help her clients increase their self-awareness and to help identify areas for improvement. 

Authenticity

Kathren believes we all have the capacity to change and to live a more authentic life. She appreciates a more direct approach, while acknowledging her client’s pace for change.
